The ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring that all baked goods are of high quality. You must have excellent time management skills and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate baked goods as needed
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
- Clean workstations and equipment after use

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of different baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility with working hours
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
