We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duties will include operating equipment to move materials, perform construction tasks, and complete other projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Ability to work full time without accommodation
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company standards and procedures
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment before use and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Use heavy equipment to move materials, level terrain, excavate land, and complete other tasks as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery
- Maintain clean work area and ensure equipment is properly stored at the end of each shift
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete daily logs and reports as required
