Executive Chef at a Modern Indian Restaurant in Beer-Sheva
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team at a modern Indian restaurant in Beer-Sheva. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative and authentic Indian dishes while managing the kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and authentic Indian menus in collaboration with the management team
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure that food quality and safety standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maximize profitability
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new concepts and initiatives to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff
- Creative flair with a passion for innovation and staying updated with current food trends
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good understanding of cost control principles and experience managing budgets
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Beer-Sheva (relocation assistance available)
