Network and Systems Administrator
Location: Ashdod, Israel (Preference for Egyptian or Nepali candidates)
Salary: $1500 USD per month (negotiable)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ashdod. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network and system infrastructure, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network and systems, ensuring their efficiency, security, and availability. The role also involves managing user accounts, performing backups, and implementing new technologies to improve our overall IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
- Manage user accounts and permissions on various systems
- Perform regular backups of critical data to ensure data integrity
- Install new hardware/software as needed and ensure compatibility with existing systems
- Identify areas for improvement in our IT infrastructure and implement solutions accordingly
- Conduct regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the field of network administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with network security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Familiarity with Windows Server operating system
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
