Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant operation including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Train and develop team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor and maintain high levels of food quality and presentation
- Create and implement innovative strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain positive relationships with guests
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders
- Develop partnerships with local businesses to increase visibility and attract new customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi is also preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven track record in sales growth and cost management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
