We are in search of a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Washington. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our network and computer systems to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency. Your role will involve troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring network performance, identifying security vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to users. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, virtualization technologies, and backup solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities in the system.
- Implement security measures to protect the network from cyber attacks.
- Provide technical support to users on network-related issues.
- Ensure data backup procedures are in place and regularly perform backups.
- Create user accounts, manage permissions and access controls.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies in the field of networking.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam or Acronis is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Washington, United States. However, we are open to considering remote candidates who meet all the requirements.
