Surveyor (Malayalee/Nepali)- Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction or engineering projects. This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so candidates must have a biometric passport and be able to legally work in Liechtenstein.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Measure and record precise distances, angles, elevations, and other data required for construction or engineering projects
- Interpret survey data to create maps, plots, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate survey information for project planning and design
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards while conducting surveys
- Maintain survey equipment in good working condition and make recommendations for repairs or replacements when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in surveying or civil engineering is preferred
- Proven experience as a Surveyor on construction or engineering projects
- In-depth knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, equipment usage, and mapping software
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using GPS equipment, total stations, levels, and other surveying tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain types
- Biometric passport required for legal employment in Liechtenstein
