Mason - Entry Level



We are a reputable construction company in Lahore, seeking an entry-level Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job. No experience is required, as we will provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and setting up of construction sites
- Mix and apply mortar, cement, or other materials for bricklaying
- Lay and align bricks or other materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Cut and shape bricks or other materials using hand tools or machines
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Good communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Must be male, as this position may require heavy lifting and working at heights

Salary: 1200$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Accommodation: Free accommodation will be provided for the first few months until the employee is able to find suitable housing.

Visa/Travel: We will provide free visa sponsorship and cover the cost of round-trip tickets for non-Lahore residents.
