Caregiver for Elderly in Lisbon


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide support and assistance to elderly individuals in Lisbon. As a Caregiver, your main responsibility will be to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of your clients, while also promoting their independence and sense of dignity.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to medical professionals or family members
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any notable observations or incidents

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver is not required but preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to perform the duties of the job
- Compassionate and patient with a strong desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid visa for Portugal or be eligible for one with free visa sponsorship provided by employer
