Salary:
The salary for this position will be 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes and follow safety procedures at all times
- Inspect equipment before and after use and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Ensure that loads are lifted and moved safely to their designated locations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator certification or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of employment
- Basic understanding of crane mechanics and safety procedures
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness
- Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others as part of a team

Training:
We provide on-the-job training for candidates without experience. This includes hands-on training with experienced crane operators as well as classroom instruction on safety procedures, equipment operation, and maintenance.
