Architectural Technologist

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects and engineers to create technical drawings, plans, and specifications for various construction projects. Your role will require a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods. You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and be proficient in AutoCAD and other design software. This position is open to both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist with cost estimates for materials and labor
- Review project plans for accuracy and feasibility
- Coordinate with contractors during construction phase
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in technology, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1500 per month.

This job is located in Almada, Portugal.
