Industrial Architect


We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, taking into consideration functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific requirements for industrial projects
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for designs
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Monitor construction progress and provide guidance as needed to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Conduct research on new materials and techniques to incorporate into designs for improved functionality and sustainability
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills

Salary: $1300 per month
