Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of various industrial projects. This includes analyzing client needs, creating concept sketches and drawings, and collaborating with other architects and engineers to develop detailed plans. You will also be involved in conducting site visits and coordinating with contractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity for growth and development in the field of industrial architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior architects to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Participate in site visits to gather information and monitor project progress
- Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous internship or work experience in industrial architecture is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Fonvieille (Preference for local candidates or those willing to relocate)

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
