Wedding Planner Assistant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner Assistant in Medina, Canada. As an assistant, you will work closely with our experienced wedding planners to assist in planning and coordinating weddings for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for event planning and the desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in booking venues, vendors, and other necessary services for weddings
- Communicate with clients to gather information and update them on the progress of their wedding plans
- Help create timelines and schedules for weddings
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Attend wedding rehearsals and assist in overseeing the setup on the day of the wedding
- Help resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred but not required
- No English language proficiency required
- No prior experience needed, but a strong interest in event planning is a must
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if not Canadian citizen
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Preference given to female candidates

Salary:
Starting salary of 1300$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
