Administrative Assistant - Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company's operations. This is a contract position without accommodation, and candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management team
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other company communications
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices and tracking expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
