English Speaking Moderator



Our company is currently seeking an English speaking Moderator to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and regulating online communities and discussions in order to maintain a positive and respectful environment. This role requires fluency in English and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and potentially controversial topics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, social media platforms, and other online communities to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for maintaining a positive community experience
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them proactively
- Enforce moderation policies by issuing warnings or bans when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult or sensitive conversations with tact and empathy
- Strong understanding of online etiquette and community management principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
- Experience in customer service or community management is preferred but not required
