Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all design specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review and approve architectural designs and construction documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Perform quality control checks on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1400 per month (contract job)

Location: Atlanta (foreigners welcome)
