Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in our company located in Alta, Norway. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role for at least 3 years
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, and techniques
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this part-time position.
