Automotive Mechanic


We are a reputable automotive repair shop located in the bustling city of Split, Croatia. We are currently in need of an experienced and skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working on various makes and models of vehicles.

Key responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential problems
- Communicate with customers regarding recommended repairs and cost estimates
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Automotive Mechanic
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.)
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time

Preferred:
- Trade school or certification in automotive technology or related field
- Experience working on European or imported vehicles
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
