We are hiring a Collector to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers. You should have experience in collections and be proficient in English. This position is open to Malayalees and foreigners who are fluent in English. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to collect payments
- Recording and tracking payment status
- Negotiating payment plans with customers
- Maintaining accurate records of collection activities
- Communicating with internal teams to resolve any issues related to payments
- Providing excellent customer service during collection calls

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in collections or customer service
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Biometric passport (preferred)
