Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, primarily located in India. This is a contract position with the opportunity for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients in India.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a variety of computer systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Indian nationality preferred.
