Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who are using computer hardware, software, and other related technologies. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and providing recommendations for product improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and other technologies
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on common technical issues and suggest improvements
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates in order to provide efficient support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (candidates from India preferred)

Working hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
