Online Consultant - Part Time (Khanpur, Pakistan)



We are currently seeking an Online Consultant to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, or video conferencing to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Review and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Research and gather information on products or services that may benefit clients
- Use various online tools and platforms to assist clients with their inquiries or issues
- Keep track of all client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends that may impact client needs

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, video conferencing, etc.
- Comfortable working independently from home or remotely with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistance is preferred but not required

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate should be available for at least 4 hours per day.
