Job Title: Experienced Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret blueprints and survey stakes to ensure accuracy of excavation work
- Communicate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Complete daily reports on equipment usage, maintenance, and production

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction or similar setting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proven ability to operate various types of excavators and other heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina for extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50lbs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
