Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Lahore. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in commercial and residential settings. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handy work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken appliances
- Complete minor repairs such as patching walls, fixing doors and windows, and replacing hardware
- Assist with more complex projects under the supervision of a supervisor
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Preferred:
- Experience working in both commercial and residential settings
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints or technical diagrams
