Entry-Level Land Surveyor

As an Entry-Level Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in the measurement and mapping of land areas for development, construction, and other purposes. You will work closely with experienced surveyors to learn and apply various techniques and technologies to accurately collect data and produce maps, charts, and reports. This is a full-time position located in Oslo, with a starting salary of 1100$ per month. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will also be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting field surveys to collect data on land features
- Use various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels to accurately measure distances and elevations
- Record data using surveying software and prepare maps, charts, and reports
- Assist in identifying boundaries and property lines for land development projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
- Maintain survey equipment, tools, and vehicles in good condition
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software (training will be provided)
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to calculate distances, angles, elevations, etc.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols at all times
