Cashier at a Busy Copenhagen Store



We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our busy store in Copenhagen. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. This position requires someone who is friendly, detail-oriented and can handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Scan and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Count money at the beginning and end of each shift
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong math skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in retail or grocery stores
- Knowledge of cash registers and POS systems
- Fluent in Danish (or other Nordic languages)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide accommodation for our employees if needed.
