Facade Engineer - Ufa, Russia



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building facades, ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine facade design requirements
- Develop detailed facade designs using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Prepare technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of facades to ensure quality and accuracy
- Conduct quality control inspections during construction to identify any issues or defects
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required
