We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Painter to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Senior Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing painting projects, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Select and mix paint colors to match project requirements
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, and spraying
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to determine project specifications
- Supervise and train junior painters on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain painting equipment and tools in good condition
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional painter
- Skilled in various painting techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if needed
- Biometric passport for foreign workers is required
- Fluent in English is preferred but not required
