We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a part-time Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality work. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback on their performance
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and meet targets
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Monitor team progress and provide support when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or similar role required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (Danish language proficiency is an asset)
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will need to commit to working 20 hours per week.
