Handyman for Property Maintenance in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are searching for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property maintenance and be able to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. This full-time position comes with a salary of 1000$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment or appliances for any issues
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property at all times
- Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and coworkers
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Knowledge of Russian language is preferred but not required
