Restaurant Manager (English Speaking) in Acre, Israel
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in the beautiful city of Acre, Israel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including overseeing staff, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or specials
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits for upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

This position is located in Acre, Israel.
Preference:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, we prefer candidates who are fluent in English.
Note:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Israel.
