A rapidly growing online consulting company is seeking an English-speaking Online Consultant to join our team in Los-Angeles, USA. This is a remote position and candidates from the Philippines are welcome to apply.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online chat and email support. You will also be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in customer service or online support is preferred but not required. We are also open to candidates without experience as long as they possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
