Senior Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Mauren. As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members accordingly
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any challenges
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- PMP certification is preferred
