Junior Accountant - Aarhus, Denmark


We are a multinational company looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Aarhus. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a contract position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Record financial transactions in the company's accounting software
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support the preparation of tax returns and other compliance documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.
