Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network and server systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Implement security measures to protect company data and systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all systems
- Provide technical support to end users
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on network equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in network and systems administration required
- Strong knowledge of server management, security protocols, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus
- Must be able to obtain necessary visa sponsorship if not already authorized to work in Triesen
