Entry-Level Finisher in Svalbard

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Finisher in Svalbard. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, and polishing on different materials
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience in finishing or related field is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month without accommodation. Salary may increase based on performance.
