We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Librarian to join our team in Muharraq. As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing our library collection, assisting patrons with research needs, and promoting library resources and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the library collection, including cataloging, shelving, and weeding materials
- Assist patrons with finding and utilizing library resources for research and reference purposes
- Promote library services and programs through outreach efforts and social media platforms
- Create engaging displays to showcase new materials or promote upcoming events
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Train and supervise library staff members on proper procedures and customer service skills
- Stay updated on current trends in the field of librarianship to continuously improve services offered by the library

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well with diverse populations
- Knowledge of cataloging systems and proficiency with computer software used in libraries
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Must be a female candidate residing in Muharraq or willing to relocate
