We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized Librarian to join our team at our library in Muharraq. As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials. You will also assist patrons in finding and accessing resources, as well as maintaining the library's catalog and circulation system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials.
- Assist patrons in finding and accessing resources.
- Maintain the library's catalog and circulation system.
- Develop and implement effective library programs and services.
- Stay informed about current trends in literature, technology, and education.
- Train staff on library procedures and systems.
- Ensure that the library is clean, safe, and welcoming for all patrons.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Librarian.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using library software systems.
- Knowledgeable about current trends in literature, technology, and education.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes of books.
