Blast Furnace Operator

We are seeking a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnace equipment to produce molten iron. Your duties will include monitoring production processes, adjusting controls, and conducting routine maintenance on equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-temperature environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blast furnace equipment to produce molten iron
- Adjust controls to maintain proper temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Blast Furnace Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to high temperatures
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills
