As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace in our steel manufacturing plant. Your main duties will include monitoring and adjusting furnace temperatures, controlling gas flow, and ensuring the smooth operation of the furnace.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the blast furnace to ensure efficient and safe production of steel
- Adjust furnace temperatures and gas flow as needed to maintain optimal conditions
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
- Perform regular maintenance on the furnace to keep it in good working condition
- Coordinate with other workers to ensure a smooth production process
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Prior experience working in a blast furnace or steel manufacturing plant is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time in a hot environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Pula, Croatia. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, preference will be given to Malayalees or Filipinos who are already living in or willing to relocate to Pula.
