Production Line Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Line Operative to join our team in Osijek. As a Production Line Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment on the production line to ensure the efficient and timely production of goods. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. This is an urgent position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line
- Monitor production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of machines and mechanical processes
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed

Salary:
As a Production Line Operative, you will receive a competitive salary of $1800 per month.

This position is located in Osijek, Croatia. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have the required experience.
