Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and designers to assist in the design and development of commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian candidate with a passion for architecture and a desire to gain experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with regulations
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to understand project requirements
- Provide support during the construction phase of projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience or relevant coursework in commercial architecture is preferred but not required

Salary:
1300$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
Jerusalem, Israel. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities.
