Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals and requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Make changes to designs as needed based on client feedback or unexpected challenges during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience working on LEED certified projects
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Rhino or 3ds Max
