Heavy Equipment Operator for Construction Company in Utena, Lithuania


We are currently hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in Utena, Lithuania. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career as an equipment operator and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to perform various construction tasks
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
- Work with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Keep track of inventory and report any issues or malfunctions with equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating heavy equipment in construction or related field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a trade school or equivalent training program in heavy equipment operation
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy machinery
- Basic knowledge of mechanics for minor repairs on equipment

Salary: $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
