Handyman
A skilled and versatile Handyman is needed to join our team in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various hand and power tools, as well as possess a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and basic plumbing and electrical work
- Install fixtures, appliances, and other equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or areas that require maintenance
- Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants or clients
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required for non-US citizens
- Fluency in English preferred
