Information Security Analyst (Entry-Level)


We are hiring an Entry-Level Information Security Analyst to join our growing team in Lisbon. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's information and systems. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential risks and weaknesses
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity or potential threats
- Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices
- Train employees on security awareness and protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Knowledge of various operating systems, networks, databases, web applications, and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, etc.
- Understanding of common attack vectors and mitigation techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lisbon (local candidates preferred)
