Online Consultant - Svalbard

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and guidance to clients through various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking information, support, or advice regarding our company's products or services. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries via email, chat, or phone calls, resolving customer issues and complaints, and providing product recommendations based on client needs. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update client profiles with relevant information.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and have a thorough understanding of our company's products and services. You should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary of 1500$, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Svalbard.
