Online Consultant - Svalbard Contract Position



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Svalbard. In this contract position, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Offer guidance and advice on products or services offered by the company
- Help clients navigate through the company's website and online tools
- Resolve any technical issues or questions that may arise during the consultation process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company in all interactions with clients
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and ensure timely follow-up
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or online consulting role
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of various online platforms and tools such as email, chat, video conferencing, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach towards finding solutions
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Svalbard (remote work option available)
