Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant for our company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive online presence for the company and engaging with potential customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Engage with potential customers through social media, email, and live chat to drive sales
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Maintain a positive online presence for the company through engaging content creation and interactions with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
- Must have own visa/work permit for Svalbard (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: The starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location: This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Preference will be given to candidates located in Svalbard.
